Maccabi Tel Aviv made the 2/2 in the two Israeli League games the team gave in the last three days, by beating Maccabi Rishon 92 – 94 on the road.
Yovel Zoosman scored the game-winner with five seconds remaining. Tarik Black then thwarted Cameron Long’s 3-point attempt to help his team secure the win.
Jeremy Pargo scored a game-high 16 points and dished out six assists for Maccabi. Alex Tyus had 14 points, six rebounds and four blocks while John Dibartolomeo posted 12 points and five assists.
For Rishon, Alex Hamilton finished with 20 points, six rebounds, and five assists. Long had 18 points and five rebounds.
Maccabi Tel Aviv is now 16 – 4 and Rishon 9 – 11.
