Milan Macvan agreed with Alvark Tokyo, per BasketballSphere. The Japanese B League side is coached by Luka Pavicevic and is coming off its second domestic championship.
Serious knee injuries sidelined the 29-year-old Serbian forward, but he is steadily getting back on track through Serbia’s preparations for the 2019 FIBA World Cup. At the club level, he is now set to continue his career in Japan.
Macvan was captured titles in Serbia, Italy, Germany, Israel and Turkey already. His experience will massively load up Alvark’s chances for a repeat in the Japanese League and further popularize the B League in the Asian country.
