Storming back from an early double-digit deficit, JL Bourg topped AS Monaco, 90-88, in Ekinox Sunday.

Canadian forward Isiaha Mike packing 20 points and American guard Jordan Floyd with 18 points were the top performers for the team coached by Frederic Fauthoux in France’s Betclic Elite LNB Pro A Regular Season Round 21. Pierre Pelos followed with 15 points.

On the losing end, Elie Okobo recorded a team-high 16 points with both Mike James and Donatas Motiejunas sitting out. Head coach Sasa Obradovic saw a seemingly safe lead turn into catchup mode through the fourth quarter. Falling to 17-4 allowed the hosts to jump to 12-9.

With super French prospect Victor Wembanyama taking over, Metropolitans 92 rallied past JDA Dijon, 93-86, to stay second in the standings Friday. Third-placed Cholet beat SIG Strasbourg, 92-90, Saturday.

The air traffic controllers’ strike preventing LDLC ASVEL Villeurbanne from traveling forced LNB to reschedule T.J. Parker’s side visit to Le Mans.
