Limoges CSP dominated LDLC ASVEL Villeurbanne in the second half and prevailed, 79-68, in Palais de Sports de Beaublanc.

Storming back from an early double-digit deficit in Round 10 of France’s Betclic Elite Regular Season, Limoges matched the visitors at 6-4, three games behind leading AS Monaco, which lost to SLUC Nancy on Saturday.

French forward Alexandre Chassang chipped in 14 points, eight rebounds, and four assists. Kameron McGusty added 14 more points. Nicolas Lang followed with 13 points for the team coached by Ilias Kantzouris.

For ASVEL, Frank Jackson logged a game-high 16 points but to no avail. Both John Egbunu and Noam Yaacov were not available for head coach Gianmarco Pozzecco.

Earlier, Allan Dokossi posted a 13-point, 17-rebound double-double for JDA Dijon in the win, 81-64, against SIG Strasbourg in Rhenus Sport. Also, Paris jumped to 8-2 thanks to the 72-65 victory versus ADA Blois.

Elsewhere in the top-tier division of France, Le Mans improved to 5-5, after signing experienced big Tyran de Lattibeaudiere earlier in the week. The Basketball Champions League outfit was seeking injury relief to cover Williams Narace.
