After no less than four (!) overtime periods, Chris Johnson led Gravelines to win over Boulazac for the French Pro A League.

In what was indubitably the game of the year in France, Gravelines got the win over Boulazac 113 – 111. It was a monstrous clash, with spectacular performances and Chris Johnson dominating as the man of the match with 32 points and 7 three-pointers. He also grabbed 14 rebounds.

Ndudi Ebi’s outstanding double-double wasn’t enough for the guests (33 points and 13 rebounds).

In the rest of Pro A Saturday action, Limoges, and SIG Strasbourg got a pair of easy home wins against Hyeres-Toulon (110 – 93) and Le Portel respectively (85 – 62).

William Howard had a game-high 25 points in Limoges’ victory and Kenny Hayes added 18. Raymond Cowels’ 24 didn’t cut it Hyeres-Toulon.

David Logan’s 25 points led Strasbourg to the win while Miro Bilan contributed 13 and 9 boards.
