Monaco stayed alive in French League Finals after a road win against Le Mans in Game 4.

AS Monaco Basket broke the resistance of Le Mans Sarthe Basket in the third quarter and recorded a 78-69 road win in Game 4 of ProA League Finals. The best-of-five series is now tied at 2-2 and next match will decide the champion.

Aaron Craft led the victors with 15 in addition to Paul Lacombe’s 12 points while Elmedin Kikanovic and Ali Traore helped with ten points each. On the other side, D.J. Stephens and Antoine Eito scored 14 points each.

Monaco started the game with an 11-2 run and kept the lead around that margin until late second quarter (38-29) but the hosts answered decreasing the deficit to 40-36 at halftime.

It was after the break, that the guests took over creating the crucial lead which was enough for them to secure the game. They improved the defense forcing home players to take tough shots and after D.J. Cooper scored a contested triple from afar Monaco created a 56-45 advantage which was enough to secure the game in the end.
