Jaron Johnson showed pinpoint accuracy against Limoges as he led Levallois to a win in front of the home crowd.

Jaron Johnson couldn’t miss a shot as he led Levallois to a 98-90 home win against Limoges on Day 9 of French League.

Johnson led the winning side with 20 points while shooting 6/6 from the field (3/3 triples). Roko Ukic followed with 17 points and 11 assists in addition to Mouphtaou Yarou’s 16 points and eight rebounds.

For the guests, Samardo Samuels dropped game-high 21 points along with seven rebounds while Dwight Hardy helped with 19 points of his own.

Limoges had a small upper hand in the first quarter (25-22) but Levallois turned the tables and was ahead 52-44 at halftime. They stayed ahead after the break as well (76-62) and although the guests closed the gap to as little as four points (89-85), home players stayed calm and came out victorious.

Lyon-Villeurbanne leads the standings with a 7-2 record while Antibes stayed the only team without a win (0-9). Levallois improved to 6-3 after this win while Limoges stayed at three wins (3-6).
