ASVEL shut down its opponents in the second half to get the win.

ASVEL Villeurbanne beat Nanterre 92 82 – 70 in Game 2 of the French Jeep Elite League semifinal series. The team from Lyon can advance to the Finals in the next match Friday (7/6) while Nanterre now needs three wins in the three remaining games of the best-of-five series.

After a balanced first half (44-41), ASVEL forced its opponents to just 29 points in the remainder of the game en route to victory. Miro Bilan finished with 14 points, six rebounds and six assists for the winning side and was named game MVP. Amine Noua contributed 14 points and six rebounds to ASVEL while Mantas Kalnietis also scored 14.

For Nanterre, Haukur Palsson scored a game-high 18 points. Nick Johnson added 13 points.

Games 3 and 4 (if necessary) take place at Nanterre.
