Although it seemed as though Fenerbahce BEKO will get the win, Galatasaray Doga Sigorta took over in crunch time to spoil their celebration and prevail 80-75 on the road.

Fener was up 75-67 with five minutes left but everything turned upside down for the hosts. They went scoreless for the remainder of the game while Galatasaray banked in 13 points, led by Alex Poythress’ seven, to turn things around.

Poythress finished the game with 13 points while Zach Auguste notched a double-double with 17 points and 15 boards. John Roberson added 15 points.

For Fenerbahce, Nando De Colo scored 15 in addition to Melih Mahmutoglu’s 14 and Derrick Williams’ 13 points.

Galatasaray improved to 14-6, the same record as Tofas which occupies the fourth spot, while Fenerbahce is in front of them with 15-5.
