Efes stayed undefeated and is now the only team without a loss while Fenerbahce got taken down by Buyukcekmece after overtime

Anadolu Efes continued its perfect run in the Turkish League and tops the standings with a 9-0 record while Fenerbahce suffered its first loss and is behind with a 9-1 record. Turk Telekom follows with 6-3.

Anadolu Efes – Pinar Karsiyaka 74-61

Despite missing a number of players due to injuries and some of the active ones having to deal with a packed schedule between the national team and club games, Anadolu Efes fairly easily got past Pinar Karsiyaka.

Chris Singleton led the way with 19 points followed by Adrien Moerman with 12 points and ten rebounds. For Karsiyaka, Amath M’Baye scored 16 and Jeffery Morgan 14 points.

Buyukcekmece – Fenerbahce 93-91

Fenerbahce was a big favorite going into the game but their fall in form has taken a toll once again and they suffered their first loss this season in the Turkish League.

Karvel Anderson banked in 25 points including a huge three-pointer in overtime to spark Buyukcekmece’s come-from-behind win. Matthew Farrell was right behind with 21 points and two points to seal the win.

Lorenzo Brown scored 21 for Fener while Jarell Eddie added 17 points and Jan Vesely 16.

Petkim Spor – Gaziantep 67-66

Ian Hummer scored 15 points for the victors including the game-winning free throw after getting fouled in the last seconds. Kendrick Ray also added 15 points in addition to Thomas Wimbush’s 13.

For Gaziantep, Trevis Simpson scored 13 and Rashard Kelly 11 points.

Afyon Belediye – Bursaspor 76-70

Francisco Cruz flirted with triple-double figures in Afyon Belediye’s victory against Bursaspor, as he posted a team-high of 23 points, 8 rebounds and 7 assists. Chris Wright tapped 15 points for the winning side and J.P. Macura had 14.

Malik Newman matched Cruz’s game-high with 23 points for the visitors and Ogus Savas tapped 13 points.

Tofas – Fethiye Belediyespor 110-81

Semaj Christon paced Tofas with 20 points, DeVaughn Akoon-Purcell had 17 points and Phillip Tarik added 16 points.

Branden Frazier led all scorers of the visitors with 16 points, Darion Atkins followed with 15 points and Abdul-Malik Abu posted 14.

Turk Telekom – Ormanspor 83-64

Kyle Wiltjer led the way for Turk Telekom with 24 points, Sam Dekker posted 16 points and Nick Johnson had 13 points.

Terran Holloway was the leading scorer of the visiting side with 21 points, while Elmedin Kikanovic posted 12 points.

Bahcesehir – Galatasaray 78-95

Daryl Macon Jr paced the visitors to their second straight victory with a game-high performance of 29 points, 9 rebounds and 6 assists. Brock Motum followed with 21 points and Johnathan Williams tapped 11 points.

Shannon Evans led the home team with 17 points and 8 rebounds and Erick Green tapped 14 points.

Darussafaka – Besiktas 82-86

A double-double of 27 points and 13 rebounds by Alperen Sengun helped Besiktas stay on the winning path and extend its streak to two wins. James Blackmon added 14 points and 7 rebounds and Egehan Arna had 12 points.

Sinan Guler’s 30-point performance wasn’t enough to save the day for the hosts that suffered their fourth defeat of the season.
