Tofas prevailed, 84-81, in an exciting BSL Regular Season Round 21 match against Fenerbahce Beko on the road Wednesday.
DeVaughn Akoon-Purcell rocked a team-high 20 points, including a game-sealing dunk with 13 seconds left. Semaj Christon added 13 points.
The home side blew a double-digit lead in the second half on the way down to 15-6 at the domestic level. Nando De Colo’s game-high 24 points were not enough.
Anadolu Efes sits on top of the table with a perfect 21-0 record. Pinar Karsiyaka follows in second place at 17-4. Tofas and Turk Telekom at 12-9 are tied in fourth place.
