Fenerbahce looked to have the game in control until Darussafaka rallied for a big comeback.

Fenerbahce Beko recovered from the EuroLeague blowout loss to Anadolu Efes by beating Darussafaka Tekfen 66 – 64 on the road for the Turkish BSL League.

Darussafaka erased a 15-point deficit in the fourth quarter by scoring 13 points unanswered points to make it 54 – 56 with five minutes to play. Fener responded by getting at a 58 – 64 distance and once again their opponents approached 62 – 64 with a minute remaining. The visiting side made some free throws to retain its advantage and escape with the win.

Tarik Biberovic (11 points), Jarell Eddie (10 points) and Kenan Sipahi (10 points) scored in double figures from Fener that is third in the standings with a 16 – 6 record.

From Dacka (eighth at 11-11), Josh Magette had 12 points and five assists, Ryan Luther 10 points plus five rebounds and Andrew Andrews 10 points.

Efes remained the ultimate boss in the standings by beating Belediye and extending its streak to 22-0. Bugrahan Tuncer (28 points) and Dzanan Musa (10 points, nine assists, eight rebounds) produced the lot for the winning squad.

Amath M’ Baye had 19 points and Sek Henry 18 points in second-placed Pinar Karsiyaka’s road win over Bahcesehir.
