Adrien Moerman led the way for Anadolu Efes as the standings leader logged another win, this time against Tofas with 87-85 on the scoreboards.
Moerman banked in 21 points on 8-12 shooting while also adding seven rebounds. Vasilije Micic followed with 15 and Sertac Sanli with 13 points.
Moerman was also the one to break the tie (85-85) with a two-point floater at the start of the last minute and also ended up setting the final score as the defensive effort of both sides did the job until the end.
On the opposing side, Muhsin Yasar scored 14 points, as did DeVaughn Akoon-Purcell, while Berk Ugurlu helped with 13. Tomislav Zubcic scored five points but also contributed with eight rebounds and seven assists.
With this win, Efes improved to 27-1 at the top of the standings while Tofas stayed at 16 wins (11 losses) and keeps chasing the homecourt advantage as the regular season reaches its end.
