Despite the blowout loss in Game 1, Darussafaka has been challenging Fenerbahce BEKO heavily throughout the series and they did once again in Game 3 but it wasn’t enough and Fener now leads 2-1 after a 73-69 road win.

Fenerbahce led multiple times in double-digits but Darussafaka didn’t let go and managed to make it a one-possession game in crunch time. However, Nando De Colo, Jan Vesely, and Marko Guduric scored important points in the final few minutes to seal the game in their favor.

Guduric finished with 12 points as the winning team’s top scorer while De Colo and James Birsen scored ten each. Vesely had eight points.  De Colo also dished out five assists and grabbed five rebounds.

For Darussafaka, Gabriel Olaseni logged 15 points in addition to Troy Caupain’s 12 and Wayne Cullough’s 11 points. Dogus Ozdemiroglu had a great all-around display with ten points, ten boards, and eight assists.
