Anadolu Efes took a 1-0 lead in the BSL Quarterfinal series by defeating Turk Telekom 86-75 on their home court.

PJ Dozier and Vincent Poirier led the winning team with 16 and 15 points respectively, Shane Larkin achieved a double-double with 13 points and 11 assists, while Ercan Osmani contributed 12 points and seven rebounds.

On the other side, Jordan Usher was the top scorer with 14 points, Kyle Alexander added 12, and Berkan Durmaz scored 11 for Turk Telekom.

After four consecutive wins to close out the Turkish championship, Efes secured their fifth victory, coming one win away from advancing, as the Quarterfinal series are played in a best-of-three format.

Although Turk Telekom managed to keep it close and had a tied score (36-36) just before halftime, Efes pulled away with a 9-0 run to secure a halftime lead (45-36).

In the second half, Pablo Laso’s team maintained the lead throughout, with the visitors threatening and staying within single digits for most of the half, but the EuroLeague team calmly closed out the game.

The second game is scheduled for Friday at 17:00 CET, with Turk Telekom hosting.

Fenerbahce wins Game 1

Fenerbahce secured a win at the start of the Quarterfinal series, just five days after their loss at the EuroLeague Final Four in Athens.

Without much difficulty, the 2025 European champion secured the win. Already in the first quarter, the host team gained a double-digit lead, which they maintained until the end, achieving a victory to advance further.

The second game is scheduled in two days, starting at 19:30 CET.
