The offenses of both Buyukcekmece and Darussafaka Dogus were steamy this afternoon but the latter burned hotter and was the one to prevail in the end.

Darussafaka Dogus improved its Turkish League record to 21 – 7 and climbed to the third spot of the standings after beating Buyukcekmece 107 – 93 on the road.

David Blatt was pleased to see five of his players scoring in double figures. Brad Wanamaker led with 21 plus 5 assists, James Anderson had 16 points as many as Dairis Bertans contributed 21 points, 6 assists. Will Clyburn dropped 15 points and Luke Harangody 10.

For Buyukcekmece (9 – 20, 12th in the standings), that is 12th in the standings at a 9 – 20 record, Andrija Stipanovic scored 20 points, Erick Buckner 17 and Kenny Hayes added 16 along with 9 assists.
