Few days after suffering an upset to Unicaja Malaga in the last round of the EuroLeague regular season, Fenerbahce made a big-time reaction by crushing Trabzonspor 112 – 83 in the Turkish League.
Zeljko Obradovic‘s players were in control from the start and became particularly furious in the final quarter (32 – 16) to reach a blowout win.
Brad Wanamaker had 19 points, Ahmet Duverioglu 16 (plus eight rebounds) and Melih Mahmutoglu 14 for Fener. Osiris Eldridge led Trabzonspor with 22 points along with six assists and six boards.
Earlier today, Tofas Bursa took a swing at Galatasaray‘s playoff hopes with a 90 – 83 win on the road while Banvit beat Sakarya 75 – 66, while on Friday Darussafaka beat Istanbul BBSK 79-77.
