The players of Fenerbahce showed their teeth ahead of the EuroLeague quarterfinals.

In its last game before the EuroLeague playoff series against Baskonia, Fenerbahce routed 93 – 70 Yesilgiresun on the road to remain at the top of the Turkish League standings.

Zeljko Obradovic‘s players were in control from start to finish and dominated the last quarter 13 – 27 to easily prevail over their hosts.

Brad Wanamaker scored 16 points, James Nunnally 13 and Jan Vesely for Fener while Kostas Sloukas added 11 points plus six assists and four rebounds. Kenneth Boynton led Yesilgiresun with 16 points and five assists. Dusan Kantekin scored 11.

After this result, Fenerbahce improved to a 22-3 record, while the losing side was left with 8-17 and the 12th spot of the Turkish BSL standings.
