Fenerbahce has had many ups and downs this season, especially in the EuroLeague, though a victory against Darussafaka at home warmed up the fans, who requested his contract renewal with the team after the game with chants.
Contrary to Turkish reports, however, which indicated that talks on this matter might be underway, there’s no indication about anything like this. Obradovic‘s contract expires in the summer.

Following the victory, Obradovic was asked to comment on the -now- infamous incidents during Fenerbahce‘s timeouts in the EuroLeague, stating that he is simply doing his job while being truthful to his players.
“I talked about this also after ASVEL. This who I am, this is my job, I will always say the truth and what’s the best for my team. I believe that everyone got the message”, said Obradovic.
