Buyukcekmece had a strong start but Fenerbahce, led by Melih Mahmutoglu and Kostas Sloukas, bounced back to grab a road win in the Turkish League

Despite trailing early (21-8), Fenerbahce BEKO turned the situation around in the second half and eventually logged a convincing 92-68 road win in the Turkish League.

Melih Mahmutoglu led the way with 23 points on 10-13 shooting followed by Kostas Sloukas with 17 points and 14 assists. Leo Westermann also added 17 points.

For Buyukcekmece, Andrew Andrews scored 19 points while Robert Upshaw banked 17 points as well as 17 rebounds.

The top of the standings belongs to Anadolu Efes with 13-1 while Pinar Karsiyaka is behind with 12-2 and Fenerbahce with 11-3 record. Buyukcekmece stayed in the relegation zone with 3-11.
