Are any factors changing for Olympiacos following the Tyler Dorsey situation and his removal from the game against Barcelona — and not only that

First of all, let’s note that our suggestion for Devon Hall of Armani Milano was highly successful.

We wrote that the American guard is an oasis in Armani’s desert – along with Moses Wright – and for just 9 credits, you could get a player of greater “fantasy” value. Hall had a 16 PIR, so whoever read and trusted us did well.

We move on to the second half of the current “double week” and start with the forward duo from the “eternal” rivals: Nigel Hayes-Davis & Tyson Ward…

The first costs 13.5 credits and the second just 7.6 credits, so they fit well within our budget.

Hayes-Davis came in after his injury and plays around 25 minutes, averaging 15.7 PIR, not to mention the consistent 10% boost from Panathinaikos‘s continuous victories.

In a demanding match like the upcoming one against Hapoel Tel Aviv, we expect a solid and good game from the American.

We pair him with Tyson Ward for two reasons:

  • The American forward is an “energy machine,” and with another demanding match coming up for Olympiakos in Spain (against Barcelona) after the 45-minute “titanomachy” with Valencia, we predict he will play a lot and will have a profit at the price we buy him.
  • Tyler Dorsey is a shooting guard, Ward is not. However, when a player who usually plays about 20 minutes is absent, all “active” players will be needed, and the American may take more attempts.

Since we touched on the Dorsey game, Evan Fournier with 9.6 credits can enter your team. We won’t discuss Montero, but let’s find something more economical, and the French superstar is such in Euroleague Fantasy.

We’ve written it many times and repeat it: Fournier is not a good “Fantasy” player because he makes quite a few mistakes, misses a lot, and doesn’t rebound to add points.

It’s noteworthy that he scored 23 points against Valencia in a stunning second-half performance, but his PIR was only 15!

However, in the absence of Dorsey, he will likely get plenty of playing time again, and with a good game like the 25 consecutive magic minutes he played at the “Roig Arena” in the second half and overtime, then he can give you what you want in Euroleague Fantasy.
