Before the start of the season, many believed that Real Madrid would’ve been less powerful now that Luka Doncic made his NBA jump with the Dallas Mavericks. However, that’s not the case at all.

Madrid counts six straight wins in EuroLeague with impressive numbers and manages to lead six statistical categories overall. Impossible? Not for the reigning EuroLeague champions!

  1. Best offensive team (93.8 points)

Real scores between 87 and 109 points so far this season, by far the best offensive performance of the competition this season.

Top five in offensive efficiency:

# Team Games Points (Total) Points (Average)
1 Real Madrid 6 563 93,8
2 CSKA Moscow 6 528 88
3 Panathinaikos 6 518 86,3
4 Anadolu Efes 6 517 86,2
4 Fenerbahce 6 517 86,2

2. Best defense (76.2 points)

Real is most well-known for its offense, though this season we notice a change in the team’s defensive systems and how this has helped the Spanish side remain undefeated this far. It’s a rare combination to rank first both in offense and defense, and Real has achieved it.
