Fenerbahce made the first step forward to Vitoria’s Final Four on Tuesday with a 33-point win over Zalgiris in Istanbul, the third biggest blowout in the playoffs history.

Zalgiris enters the list as the fourth team to suffer a 30-point defeat in the playoffs since 2005.

Montepaschi Siena still holds the negative record with its 48-point defeat to Olympiacos in Piraeus, though interestingly enough they turned the tide and won the next three games against the Reds.

Benetton Treviso’s 39-point loss to TAU Ceramica (Baskonia) is the second-biggest defeat, with the Spanish side finally advancing.

CSKA Moscow also handed Panathinaikos a 30-point defeat in the 2014 plaoyffs, in the fifth game of the series.
