Unicaja Malaga released both Fran Vazquez and Dejan Todorovic.
Unicaja ha comunicado al jugador Fran Vázquez que va a hacer efectiva la cláusula prevista en su contrato para la extinción del año que restaba a la vinculación entre las dos partes. “>The team used the opt-out option in Fran Vazquez’s contract and the player leaves the team with a record. He holds the third best number of games with the team (342) and follows Carlos Cabezas (505) and Berni Rodriguez (683).
Todorovic arrived in Malaga with a 5-season deal, but was on loan for the last two seasons in Bilbao and Unicaja had the option to renew him. Just like in Vazquez’s case, the team decided to use the opt-out option. However in Vazquez’s case it’s already rumored that the next stop in his career is going to be Real Madrid.
