John Bryant leaves Bayern Munich as the club annnounced and also Vitalis Chikoko is out. The American center since 2013 was a resident of Bavaria, however his next stop is expected to be much warmer.

According to many reports the 29 years old big man is near a deal with Valencia and this is expected to be confirm soon enough. Τhis will be the first time that Bryant will play outside Germany in Europe. He started his career in the old continent with Ulm back in 2009.

Bryant helped Bayern win the German League title in 2014 – the club’s first since 1955 – and reach the final the following season. He was selected as the German League MVP in both 2012 and 2013 and named to the All-EuroCup First Team after the 2012-13 season, in which he posted 16 points and 9 rebounds over 13 games. He will compete in Eurocup also in the upcoming season.

UPDATE: Valencia confirmed the deal with the player for next season.
