Double transfer strike for Alba Berlin that announced the acquisition of American forwards Tony Gaffney and Paul Carter.
Gaffney signed a one-year contract with the club and is returning to Germany after 2014 when he was a player of Telekom Bonn (in 2011/2012 and 2013/2014). He wore the jersey of Hapoel Jerusalem during the previous season, averaging 6.5 points and 4.2 rebounds in Eurocup plus 9.6 points and 5.5 rebounds in the Israeli Winner League.
Carter’s contract is for three-month period with an option for the remainder of the season. He comes from Antimbes with which he scored 10.2 points and grabbed 4.9 rebounds per game in the French Pro A.
