Lokomotiv Kuban had everything under control in the 94-79 home win over Enisey, their sixth straight in VTB League.
Lokomotiv improved to an 11-4 record, same as CSKA Moscow at the second spot, while Enisey holds the seventh place with 6-8. Zielona Gora and Kalev/Cramo also have the same record.
Johnny O’Bryant led the way with 24 points (3-4 from deep) and ten rebounds while Zakhar Vedishchev added 16 and Alan Williams 13 points. Williams also grabbed nine boards.
For Enisey, Aleksandr Gudumak scored 14 points on 7-8 shooting in addition to Tomislav Zubcic’s 13 and Denis Zakharov’s 12 points.
Lokomotiv was up 24-18 after ten minutes and went on the halftime rest with a 50-40 lead. They kept going after the break (66-46) and despite some ups and downs, Lokomotiv held a double-digit lead until the end securing the win.
