Lokomotiv returned to action after being awarded a 20-0 victory against Kalev last week to defeat Nizhny at home.

Lokomotiv Kuban – Nizhny Novgorod 73-64

Alan Williams left no room for Nizhny with a double-double performance of 26 points and 17 rebounds, setting up sights for the Weekly MVP honor. Will Cummings had 14 points, six rebounds and five assists for the winners, while Stanislav Il’nickij added 9 points.

Evgeny Baburin and Artyom Komolov paced Nizhny with 13 points each, as Ivan Strebkov had 10 points and 8 boards.

Khimki Moscow Region – Astana 88-89

Despite a couple of late threes hit by Alexey Shved in his season debut, the Kazakhstan club pulled off the upset. Jeremiah Hill put up 22 points, Ojars Silins 17, and Adonis Thomas 16, including the winning bucket.

Shved missed his first eight long-range attempts and ended up with 19 points. Devin Booker’s 30-point, 15-rebound double-double went to waste as well.

Avtodor – Astana 107-85

Nikita Mikhailovskii paced Avtodor with a game-high of 22 points, 7 assists, Drew Gordon had a double-double of 14 points and 11 assists and Zeljko Sakic touched nearly triple-double figures with 15 points, 9 rebounds and 7 assists for Avtodor.

Jeremiah Hill once again paced Astana, this time with 22 points, same as Adonis Thomas.
