The VTB All-Star game was held tonight (February 14) and the Russian Stars came out victorious with 183-162 against the World Stars.

Vitaly Fridzon stole the spotlight without a doubt as he shot 16-26 from the three-point range on his way to 57 points for the winning side and the MVP award.

Nikita Mikhailovskii followed with 30 points while Alexey Shved added 24 points and ten assists. Vyacheslav Zaytsev dished 14 assists.

For the World Stars, Jordan Mickey scored 30 in addition to Nate Mason’s 22 points. Mason was the one to come in as the replacement for Mike James. Mindaugas Kuzminskas and Drew Gordon scored 20 each.

Artem Komolov won the three-point contest while Tyus Battle won the three-point contest.

Sports were the focus, of course, but the night also had some romance on the floor as one couple will remember it forever.
