Zenit St. Petersburg has acquired forward Trey Thompkins for the following season, as announced by the club Wednesday.

Although the club will not compete in the EuroLeague during the 2022-23 season, Xavi Pascual wants to strengthen his roster and keep it competitive.

Zenit further announced Wednesday they have added guard Joe Thomasson two a two-year deal. Thomasson, 28, last played for Baxi Manresa and was named into the 2022 Basketball Champions League All-Second Team.
