CSKA Moscow got the job done in Game 3 against VEF at home and prevailed 99-73. The Army Team is the third one to make it to the Final Four of the competition after Khimki and Zenit.
Team effort worked efficiently for the hosts once again. Kyle Hines and Vitaly Fridzonled the winning side with 12 points each, Othello Hunter followed with 10 points.
Alex Perez scored 13 points for the Latvian side, that wasn’t able to keep the pressure on the hosts in the second half. CSKA‘s 29-16 partial score in the third period sealed the fate of the game and led them to the best four teams of the competition.
