Khimki Moscow Region enjoyed a comfortable lead for the majority of the VTB United League game with Avtodor Saratov on its way for the 85-77 win. The club might be struggling in the EuroLeague, but is now at 8-0 in VTB. The visitors fell to 2-4 with their third consecutive defeat.
Alexey Shved remained out, but his teammates, especially Anthony Gill, were more than enough for the “W”. The 26-year-old American forward finished the match with 24 points, while Tony Crocker added 13 and Andrey Zubkov 11. Trae Golden sank 20 for the visitors.
Earlier, Enisey got to 3-5 with 109-81 win over Stelmet Zielona Gora that dropped to 2-4 with its second consecutive loss.
