After the loss against Enisey in their first 2019-20 VTB League game, CSKA Moscow bounced back with an 89-74 home win against Parma Perm.
Mike James led the winning side with game-high 25 points on 9-17 shooting followed by Will Clyburn with 18 and Kyle Hines with 11 points.
For Parma, Maxim Grigoryev scored 21 points in addition to Adas Juskevicius’ 18 and Arnett Moultrie’s ten points.
Parma had a slight upper hand in the first quarter (23-20) but CSKA went to the halftime rest with a 41-39 lead. They opened the second half with a 12-3 run (53-42) and although Parma cut the gap to just one point (60-59) by the end of third, CSKA dominated the fourth quarter (29-15) and sealed the deal.
