After Galatasaray‘s qualification in the Eurocup Quarterfinals over Pinar Karsiyaka, coach Ergin Ataman revealed that his team wants to sign a big name from the NBA. It seems that this player was no other than… Andrea Bargnani!
According to the Turkish newspaper Vatan, Galatasaray asked for Bargnani, who would make a great fit in the team. Eurohoops’ sources confirmed that there was indeed a serious interest from the part of the club. However, the transfer seems highly unlikely to happen, at least for now.
