After Khryapa, Kaun stays too

By Rigas Dardalis/

The season is over for CSKA Moscow and the “army team” is thinking of its future. The main question remains if Andrei Kirilenko will stay in Russia – probably not if you ask us – and in the meantime the team announced the new deal with 29 years old forward Victor Khryapa.

He will be a member of the team for the next three season, something that also apply to Sasha Kaun. His deal is not announced yet, but Russian sources confirmed to that the former University of Kansas player and NCAA champion has also signed a new three years contract. As for the official announcement, is just a matter of days, or even hours. It’s obvious that contract negotiations for both players have been finilized, probably before the Euroleague Final Four in Istanbul.
