It seems that all Spanish League quarterfinal best-of-three series are going to be decided in Game 3 following the 73 – 67 victory of Tenerife over Unicaja Malaga.

The Basketball Champions League crown holders won more easily than what the final score shows by forcing their opponents to only 45 points in the first three quarters. They, on the other hand dropped 59.

That 14-point safety pillow was more than enough to give them what they wanted despite being outscored 14 – 22 in the last period.

Nicolas Richotti scored a 14 points game-high for the winning squad, while Aaron Doornekamp and Tariq Kirksay added 12 points apiece.

Jamar Smith and Oliver Lafayette were the only players scoring in double figures for the Andalusian squad with 12 and 10 points respectively.
