Mumbru broke the news in an interview with ACB. The long-term soldier of Bilbao will end his career in the club, after 20 years in the sport.
The 38-year-old player states:
“I’ve been thinking about it for a long time. I wanted to do it my way and compete at the highest level. This is going to be my last season as a basketball player. I want to enjoy every moment, every basket, every boat on the track and every pass I make with my teammates; I will try to help my team make the best possible season. We will try to make it as beautiful as possible.”
