Bamberg got the win against Tubingen on the road, earlier today and jumped to a 3-1 record in the German BBL League.
The visitors showed their intentions since early on and their quality by managing a first-quarter lead (11-26). Since then, Bamberg had the upper hand in the game. Tubingen cut the lead down to five points (64-69 – 7:00 4Q) in the fourth quarter but eventually did not complete the comeback.
Luka Mitrovic finished with 16 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists for the winners.
While Bamberg enjoyed a great afternoon in Tubingen, Bayern and Alba (overtime win) got important victories on the road as well, against Gottingen and Mitteldeutscher respectively. Bayern now remains undefeated (3-0) while Alba jumps to a 3-1 record. Finally, Oldenburg also remains perfect with a win over Jena at home.
