Coach Henrik Dettman, who didn’t want to answer last night, admitted today that the participation of Markkanen in the match against Poland will be a gametime decision
“We’ll see, we don’t know. It’s an under body injury. We don’t talk about specific injuries, that’s my policy. If you are hurt it’s a personal thing, we don’t put it out in the media. We will leave it (the decision) until the last minute. My job is to prepare the team as well as I can. We have to go out and do our best”, said Dettman.
The exact nature of the injury remains unknown.
