Patric Young has traveled to Madrid with Olympiacos afterall and he is at Giannis Sfairopoulos’ disposal for the team’s premiere in Euroleague on Wednesday.
The American big man took part in the Greek team’s practice yesterday, but up until today it wasn’t certain whether he would travel to Spain or not.
Young has just recovered from a heavy case of sinusitis.
