After leading Zalgiris Kaunas to a crucial road victory over Unics Kazan, Paulius Jankunas was named MVP of Round 26. It’s a first-time achievement in his career and his great performance by that earned him MVP couldn’t have arrived at a more timely manner.

With 21 points, 7 rebounds, 3 assists and a 30 in PIR, more than any other Round 26 player, the veteran forward provided the Lithuanian team with the game-winning material it needed to stay alive in the playoffs race.
