As announced by the club, the team and head coach Evgeny Pashutin terminated their agreement on Thursday.
The statement goes as follows:
“BC UNICS expresses its gratitude to Evgeny Yuryevich Pashutin for his many years of work and victory and wishes him further success.”
Pashutin first joined Unics in 2010, and stayed until 2012, only to return in 2014 until the end of this season. He helped the team reach the EuroCup title in 2011, as well as the VTB and Russian championship in 2010.
