The 20th of July was a crucial day for both Olympiacos and Panathinaikos as the NBA out clause in the contracts of both Nikola Milutinov and Chris Singleton expired.

For Olympiacos this turn of events completes the front line with Milutinov having a contract for one more year in Greece. If the San Antonio Spurs wanted the player for next season, Olympiacos couldn’t do anything to stop them.

However, the Serb center will be a free agent next season and he will be free to join the Spurs if they decide that they want him.

On the other hand Chris Singleton didn’t also found an NBA offer for which he will leave Panathinaikos. Still, he recently denied the extension offer of the Greens and it remains to be seen if he will play next season with them, or if his contract will be bought out by an other European time that may want to sign him.
