The final score was 95-93 in Fenerbahce Dogus’ favor which couldn’t finish the job in regulation but did it in overtime thanks to a last second tip-in by Nicolo Melli.

The Italian forward finished the game with 11 points and he was the reason that Fenerbahce won after the missed shot of Brad Wanamaker who had 13 points and 9 assists, but 3/15 field goals.

The star: Jan Vesely who scored 17 points in the first half, provided some amazing dunks and ended the game with 31 points, making big shots. Of course, he registered a EuroLeague career hight. And he also provided us with these moments together with Kyle Hines.

Until the end: In a more than big game, the guests managed to get a 39-21 lead in the 15th minute of the game. CSKA Moscow reacted and trailed by five at halftime (46-41) before taking the 63-61 lead at the end of the third. The defending champions after getting a seven points advantage (82-75) with two minutes left believed that everything was over.

Still, with 51 seconds left Sergio Rodriguez cut the lead to three (82-79), completing a 4-0 run that started with a shot by Hines. Brad Wanamaker turn the ball over and with 29 seconds on the clock. CSKA had the ball and “Chacho” made a four-point play, getting fouled after a three. With the hosts having the 83-82 lead, Wanamaker got fouled, made one shot from the free throws line and tied the game. CSKA couldn’t score in the last 10 seconds and everything was decided in overtime.

Rodriguez with 20 points and Hiles with 17 points, 4 rebounds, 3 assists and 3 steals had an amazing night.
