A prodigal son returned to Olimpija and a young Croatian talent will be tested in Spain, leaving the Adriatic League.

Union Olimpija which will also compete in the Basketball Champions League, announced the return of 23 years old Erjon Kastrati, who played for Krka last season. During the 2016/17 season former member of Slovenia national team youth selection and current Kosovo national team member averaged 3.6 points, 2.2 rebounds and an assist per game in the ABA League.

Meanwhile Lovro Mazalin is no longer a player of Cedevita, as the two sides have terminated their contract by mutual agreement. The 20-year old Croatia player’s next stop is the Spanish Liga Endesa and Basket Zaragoza.
