Τhe best player outside the NBA according to the annual NBA GMs survey has received more than strong interest by the Chicago Bulls, according to Eurohoops sources. Chicago is ready to offer him a multiyear contract with a salary large enough to lure him away from Europe and CSKA Moscow’s 12 million euros offer.

The Chicago Bulls, that are practically rebuilding their roster and according to reports are even thinking about trading Jimmy Butler to the Cavs, want to invest on Teodosic. The franchise has a history with ex-Yugoslavian players starting from Toni Kukoc and continuing with Nikola Mirotic (of Montenegrin origin). Teodosic can even be a household name for them, considering the thriving Serbian community in Chicago.

Many things can happen in the next few days and also during draft night, but at this point Chicago is the frontrunner to sign Teodosic compared to other NBA teams which are also interested on him.

During this season the Serbian point guard averaged 16.1 ppg and 6.8 asp in the EuroLeague. He is considered the most creative passer in the world and that’s just a small sample of his abilities.
