The Orlando Magic have signed big man Khem Birch, the club announced Thursday.

Khem Birch moved from Olympiacos to the Magic with a non-guaranteed deal, per his media statements.

Birch, 24, went undrafted in 2014 NBA draft, spending summer league with the Washington Wizards and Miami Heat that year. After one season with the Sioux Falls SkyForce in the D-League, Birch headed overseas. He played for the Turkish team Uşak Sportif in 2015 and then for Olympiacos in 2016.

Birch made 37 appearances with Olympiacos in EuroLeague the previous season, averaging 7.3 points, 5.6 rebounds. Orlando also announced the signing of free agent guard Arron Afflalo and of free agent center Marreese Speights.
