Barcelona and Samardo Samuels are currently in talks for a possible contract termination. Even though the deal that American forward/center and the Catalans signed last year includes one more season, Barcelona wants to see him released.
With the negotiations for a possible agreement that would release Samuels from the Spanish club still going, one of the teams that has emerged expressing an interest for the player is Besiktas. The Turkish team is already making some ambitious moves for the upcoming season, penning deals with players with Euroleague experience.
Yet the chances Besiktas has to ink the player are quite few right now. And that is because if the player ultimately leaves Barcelona, his priority is to continue his career in a Euroleague club.
