Things proved to be more than easy for Baskonia on the road against Murcia on the 18th gameday of the Spanish Liga Endesa. Still playing without Toko Sengelia who missed the EuroLeague game against Olympiacos, the guests got the 92-71 win.

Shane Larkin was the best player on the court with 16 points, Andrea Bargnani was the top scorer of the winners with 17 points and Rodrigue Beaubois added 15. Baskonia led even by 25 points (68-43) at the start of the last quarter, while Murcia had an awful shooting day, finishing the game with 5/34 threes.

Vitor Benite scored 27 points, most of them in the last quarter when Murcia managed to cut the lead to 13 points (82-69) but that was just they best they could do. Baskonia with a 12-5 record knocks the door of the top four in the league standings, while Murcia with 5-12 remains in the 14th spot.
