Amid multiple rumors regarding EuroLeague clubs being interested in Partizan Belgrade center Tyrique Jones, the Serbian side has “no intention” of letting the player go, according to Mozzart Sport.
Jones has one year left in the contract he signed with Partizan last in 2024 and no release clauses. The team considers the American big man a very important member of its roster and for the plans for the next season given the player’s progress since he joined the team.
In 2024-25, Jones averaged 11.6 points, 6.0 rebounds and 1.1 steals in a quite solid EuroLeague run. He’s posting 9.7 points and 5.9 rebounds in the ABA League.
A few days ago (5/6), Jones scored a season-high 24 points and grabbed 10 rebounds to help Partizan beat Buducnost 94 – 88 in Game 1 of the ABA Finals.
